Hi There,
Thank you for the updates.

To help us maintain clarity and effectiveness in our communication, I kindly request that you compile your updates or questions into a single message before sending. This approach not only helps keep the ticket cleaner but also ensures that none of your valuable insights are overlooked in multiple messages. Thank you for your understanding.

I've reviewed the screenshot and can confirm that your matching of custom fields appears to be correct. However, if the custom field and other data are still not visible in the translated product, the issue might lie with the Export file or potentially with some configurations that were not properly set during the import process.

You can also securely share the export file in your next message via the private field I've enabled for you. Moreover, if you're open to providing access to the site from which you're exporting the content, you can also add that within the private field. I would be able to further investigate the site from where you've exported contents and check the correctness of the configurations in place.

Looking forward to your response and I'm always here to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi there

I have now the next update.

Yoast SEO:
I could successfully import and mapping the Yoast SEO data for german and french version.
See the following product: hidden link

Product Feed Information:
What still not working is importing the Google Product Feed information.
I could see the Product Feed information in the Custom Fields section but I didnt show in the Product Feed Information tab.

Can it be the the column mapping is not right? Perhaps I m using the wrong column to match it? In other words the Name of the Custom Field is wrong but the value is right?

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

Glad to hear that the Yoast SEO data are imported successfully on the German and French versions of the site.

Given your ongoing difficulties with the Google Product Feed, I took the initiative to download the plugin from your website, set it up in my test environment, and conducted a deeper investigation. It appears that all Google feed data is stored within a specific field called "_woocommerce_gpf_data". Using the WP ALL Exporter tool, I exported products from one of my test sites while the "WP All Export - WooCommerce Export Add-On Pro" plugin was active. I then compared the CSV file with the one you provided during the chat.

The comparison shows that your export file doesn't contain the "_woocommerce_gpf_data" column, which explains why the Product feed doesn't appear when you import the file. When I imported my export file into a different site, the mentioned field was visible in the WP ALL Import Panel (hidden link). After mapping the fields (hidden link) and completing the import, the Product feed data were correctly displayed for both default and imported products, as shown in this screenshot: hidden link

To resolve this issue, you should:

1. Ensure that both "WP All Export Pro" and "WP All Export - WooCommerce Export Add-On Pro" plugins are installed on the site from which you are exporting products.
2. Make sure the "WP All Import Pro" and "WP All Import - WooCommerce Import Add-On Pro" plugins are installed on the site where you're importing products.
3. Navigate to "WPML > Settings" on the export site and scroll down to "Custom Field Translation".
4. Click on "Show System Field", search for "_woocommerce_gpf_data", and set its translation preference to "Copy".
5. Open the product you want to export, remove all custom fields starting with 'googleproductfeed', then re-enter the Product Feed data in the "Common Field", save, and update the translation.
6. Try to export the product again using WP ALL Export, ensuring the "_woocommerce_gpf_data" field is included in the box (Screenshot: hidden link).
7. Import the file to the destination site, accurately map the custom field as shown in the screenshot(hidden link), and complete the import process.
8. Finally, head over to "WPML > Export and Import" on the importing site. If everything is set up correctly, you should see an option to run the importer. Click it and allow the process to finish.

By following these steps, you should be able to rectify the issue. However, considering that the Feed data isn't displaying even for the default product, it appears that the WPML plugin isn't impacting this issue. Therefore, if you require help with setting up the Export file or specific configurations, it will be better to contact the WP ALL Import support team, as they can provide more tailored guidance on their plugin's settings.

If there is anything else if you need help with, please let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi there,

Thanks a lot for your great help.
One question I have, with step 5.:

5. Open the product you want to export, remove all custom fields starting with 'googleproductfeed', then re-enter the Product Feed data in the "Common Field", save, and update the translation.

- what do you mean with remove all custom fields? Remove all googlefeed costum fields in the backend.
- and then import the same "googleproductfeed". or what do you mean with re-enter? Is it the same data or must it be now in the new custom field: _woocommerce_gpf_data ? How do I do this? what kind of information have to be incliuded? Code?

Hi,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I'd be glad to help explain this process. First, you should remove the custom fields shown in this screenshot (hidden link). Next, enter the Google Product field data within the fields under the "Common field" section(hidden link). If you look a bit further down from the Product Editor, you will find the "Common Fields" section.

You need to enter the same Google Product feed data into the fields located in the "Common Fields" section and the data will be then linked to the "_woocommerce_gpf_data" field. As a result, when you export the product and include that custom field, the information will be added to the Export file.

I hope the process is clear to you now. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other queries or require clarification on any particular step. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
