Tell us what you are trying to do?
I cleaned my database. now WPML is endlessly in proress, but no results. see attachment.
It provided the translations from DeepL but don´t publish as it used to do.
Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
What you have shared seems to be a translation queue, where you send the page to translation to your local translators. You or another translator need to take and translate it. WPML is not doing anything in the background for those pages.
Otherwise, you can enable Translate Everything mode from WPML > Settings or use automatic translation from WPML ATE editor to automatically translate it:
Yes, the configuration was that WPML tranlates automatically. Translators only review the translations. But it seems after the translations are done (where credits are added for payment), it still remains in cue and it does not publish the translations. So I had to temporarily switch off auto translations since I´m just being charged while no translated pages are produced.
I hope you're doing well. I have taken over this ticket to assist you further.
I understood the issue you had and am glad to hear that everything is working again after restoring the backup.
I'd like to provide some insight regarding the Gear icon. This icon typically appears when a translation has not been completed. It likely shows up because you may have closed the tab where the Translation Editor was open, or you exited the Translation Editor without finishing the translation. If you're translating content by yourself, please always make sure to click on the "Complete Translation" button at the bottom of the editor once you have added translation for all content. By doing so, the gear icon will not appear again.
Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter or if there is anything else I can help you with. I will be happy to assist.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
