Background of the issue:
I'm trying to start to translate the website's content using WPML. I uploaded the plugin, installed everything, and went through the WPML setup wizard in WordPress. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
WPML is not showing the other languages, only the default one, and giving me errors. In the translation management, it kept loading forever and nothing showed up. I received two messages: 'WPML is missing some records in the languages tables and it cannot fully work until this issue is fixed. Please go to the Troubleshooting page and click on "Clear language information and repopulate languages" to fix this problem. This warning will disappear once this issue is fixed.' and 'In this version of WPML, you can give your taxonomy terms the same name across multiple languages. You need to update 1 taxonomy terms on your website so that they display the same name without any language suffixes.' When I checked my Languages, I only had Croatian, which is the default one I set, but there is no English or German, not even to choose to add.

Questions:
How can I fix the issue of WPML not showing other languages besides the default one?
What steps should I take to resolve the error messages regarding missing records in the languages tables and taxonomy terms?

Please let me know if resetting languages in minimal settings adds the languages to the set up. Thanks!

I did everything, even deactivated all the plugins to see if something may have been messing with WPML. It still shows no data. I think the problem is in the language tables in the database - we have to import them somehow..

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
