I hope you're doing well.

I checked the entire conversation you had with my colleague Mateus and understood the issue.

Since you have shared access to your site, I logged in and enabled the WPML plugin to investigate the issue further. Interestingly, with WPML activated, I was still able to view site content properly in all languages. I cleared the caches to rule out if it is happening due to caches and also checked from the incognito mode. I can confirm that the contents are showing properly.

Hi Prosenjit, thanks for looking into this. Everything does work fine when you are logged into the dashboard. This has always been the case. I looked just now on a page where the the dashboard wasn't logged in and all the issue appear there. I've had to disable the WPML plugin again. Please login again, acrtivate the WPML plugin, flush the cache and then check on a browser where the account isn't logged in.

Please see attached screenshot for what I see on all browsers when the WPML plugin is activated. I'm not seeing the issue when using link hidden link, which suggest as in the earlier messages that it's something to do with caching.

Hello There,

Following your directions, I was able to replicate the issue. Upon detailed investigation, I discovered that the problem arises when the WP-Rocket plugin caches the WPML language cookie ["wp-wpml_current_language"]. By excluding that specific cookie from being cached, the issue with the blank page was resolved.

I added the cookie to the "Never Cache Cookies" section under "WP Rocket > Advanced Rules." Please be assured that it is okay to keep that cookie excluded from cache.

Hi, thanks I can see that has fixed the white screen issue. What I'm seeing now with the translations is that none of the theme settings are being transferred with the translations. Such as the logo, menu styling, footer not showing etc. This was fine before. I've deleted all my translated pages and added them again but the issue is still there. Do I need to open another ticket for this?

I've had to disable the WPML plugin again because the pages aren't useable in the different languages as is. For example, changing the language makes the logo, language switcher and footer disappear. The menu can't be seen on some pages because the styling is incorrect.
