Background of the issue:
I am experiencing performance issues with WPML on my site hidden link. I am using the query monitor and have noticed that WPML is making very long and slow queries, especially in the admin area, making it almost impossible to work.

Symptoms:
WPML is causing very slow queries, which are significantly slowing down the website.

Questions:
Do you have any ideas on how to speed things up using WPML?
