We are experiencing a critical issue related to WPML on our WordPress website.
The default (primary) language of the website is Lithuanian.
When navigating to the "PRODUCTS" page, everything works correctly:
The product category tree is displayed on the left side
The layout is intact
Language switcher is visible
However, when selecting a category from the tree, specifically:
"AKUMULIATORIAI IR KROVIKLIAI" or any other, the following issues occur:
The language switcher disappears completely
The category tree shrinks or breaks visually
Products are no longer visible (they either disappear or appear to be loaded incorrectly / in an unknown location)

Our second tier suppot tried to log in to the website but unfortunately, there is an error about the username attached to this reply.

Please give us updated login information by setting the next reply as private, and we will need to have access to the website to be able to troubleshoot.

Hello,

For further investigation, we will need the dump of the website using the Duplicator plugin or in any ways we will need the database and files.

Unfortunately, wordpress.com does not allow us to install those plugins and we are unable to do that.

Would you please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to provide us the zip file of the database and the files?
