Yes, this is how we handled it as well when the issue occurred. It does get fixed temporarily, but then it appears again, which is why we contacted you. I mentioned this in the previous messages as well. We need to fix the root cause of what is triggering this issue.
Can we focus on identifying the cause? It happens even when no one makes any changes to the products.
Thanks for your patience. I’m unable to determine why this keeps happening. I’ll go ahead and open a report with our 2nd Tier Support team, as the issue appears to occur randomly.
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, our 2nd Tier Support is unable to pinpoint the root cause because the issue was temporarily resolved using the Sync option in WPML → Taxonomy Translation that I've applied earlier.
Do you currently have any other products where this issue is still happening? We would need a live example to show the team so they can inspect the database directly and determine where the mismatch occurs. Specifically, they need to confirm whether the problem is caused by taxonomy terms being out of sync or by the product attribute data stored in post meta being out of sync between the original content and its translations.
