Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the WPML plugin on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
I get an error on my dashboard that WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org.

Questions:
Why is the WPML plugin unable to connect to wpml.org?
How can I resolve the connection issue with the WPML plugin?
