Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the WPML registration message disappears when logged in but appears when logged out. The client has regenerated the registration key several times, but the problem persists.
Solution:
We recommend clearing your website's cache as a first step. Additionally, navigate to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click on "Check now" to see if there are any issues with the site connection or site key registration. It is also beneficial to send us the WPML troubleshooting information for further analysis. You can find more information on how to provide this at https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue after registering my site for production. The WPML registration message disappears when I’m logged in, but it continues to appear when I access the site while logged out of the WordPress admin panel.

I followed the installation process correctly and have already regenerated the registration key several times, but the issue persists. Both WordPress and the WPML plugin seem to be functioning normally.

Could you help me identify what might be causing this behavior?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

Have you already tried to clear the cache of your website?

Also, could you please go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now"? Do you see any issues regarding the site connection or site key registration?

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML troubleshooting information.

Best regards
Andreas

Thank you, my friend.

It really seems the issue was related to the website cache. There were no logs available to share, which made troubleshooting a bit confusing.
