The PHP error might be the 500 error, as they 500 errors are usually logged on the debug.log as PHP errors. I'm still checking with our devs and will get back to you.
Please don't delete the user. We won't make any changes to the live website, but we occasionally need to check information on it. Please leave the user as is.
We don't know exactly what's causing the 500 error, but it's likely that the PHP errors are related to them. By solving the PHP and DB errors, we can narrow down the causes of the 500 error, if not directly remove them.
As I mentioned on my last reply, please verify your custom code implementation on the file: /wp-content/themes/web-magazine/functions.php on line 2192. Since this code was not created by us, you need to check that yourself, or along with the code author. Check here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-related-500-error/#post-17220643
After doing that, please reevaluate the errors to see if they're still there. If there are still WPML related errors, please summarize them here, so we can continue support. Share any Server, debug.log and DB errors you find, that might be related to WPML, ok?
2192 -right now we are not using this, its just temporary thing. you can ignore this. and
The others are related to get_article_authors_html() in
/wp-content/themes/web-magazine/template-parts/section-article-components.php (line 95), this one also resolved.
we have to check the db related thing and will get back to you, untill we hope you guys will look for the solution without stopping.
also noticing the below thing:
[10-Jul-2025 10:05:17 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key 3 in /home/u414749730/domains/atrightangles.azimpremjiuniversity.edu.in/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpml-media-translation/classes/class-wpml-media-attachment-by-url-query.php on line 163

‼️ Make sure to have a full website backup before proceeding.
Go to WPML > Settings > Media Translation and click on "Start". This process add language information to your media entries and might remove the warning. Let me know. Please note that this process do not create new media files, only new entries in the DB.
Let me restate: We don't know exactly what's causing the 500 error, but it's likely that the PHP errors are related to them. By solving the PHP and DB errors, we can narrow down the causes of the 500 error, if not directly remove them.
I've said that a couple of times, and it's really important that you understand that, very likely, the 500 errors are the same PHP errors showing in the logs. I need you to follow the steps I shared previously, to fix and remove the PHP errors, so we can reanalyze the 500 errors.
I need you to check your custom code and the errata I shared, and please provide me with feedback, so I can continue analyzing.

Have you checked it? I need your feedback.
Also, you said:
"2192 -right now we are not using this, its just temporary thing. you can ignore this.
I cannot really ignore this, as this might be related to the 500 error. I need you to either remove the code, or fix it, so we can eliminate the possibility that the 500 is coming from there.
Please fix those issues and let me know if the 500 error keeps happening. I'm waiting for your feedback.
