2. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WPML to check for conflicts. Remember to back up your database before making these changes. 3. If using the Woodmart theme and its plugins, try disabling them temporarily to see if the issue resolves. We have checked with our hosting provider who confirmed we have all WPML Requirements in our hosting plan.
We also have deleted all themes, plugins and files from our site and re-installed the theme, which is WoodMart, WoodMart Plugins and the site is working very well until the moment we installed WPML, the website crashed again.
When the website crashes, the only way to gain access to the WP Dashboard is to delete WPML Plugins.
Once we delete WPML Plugins, we restore access to our WP Dashboard.
Would you kindly advise, provide some guidance on how to get this issue resolved.
In case the issue is still there, can you please advise how we can get refund for the subscription.

I'm in the process of setting up a staging site and will send instructions for how to migrate your site there. This way, we can test it in a different server environment and make changes as needed for testing without interuppting your live site. As soon as I have staging ready, I will send the next steps.

I also got 2 emails once when the migration process started and and another email upon completion of migration.
The WPML plugins are not installed on our site, please let me know if I should install them now.

Thanks for completing the migration. On the test site, I was able to install WPML without any problem. Please feel free to login and check my WPML settings and see if perhaps there is anything different on your live site.
If nothing appears to be different, please ensure that your server firewall is not blocking the WPML API. You should whitelist the following domains:

Since specific IP addresses are dynamic and not provided, whitelisting by domain is necessary. Additionally, it's possible that another plugin is blocking the connection. We recommend temporarily deactivating all other plugins except WPML to check for conflicts. Always ensure to back up your database before making these changes. Also, please let me know if you temporarily disable Woodmart and the Woodmart plugins if you are able to install WPML without the site crashing.
