Background of the issue:
I've installed the WPML plugin on my site hidden link and I'm encountering an issue with my TagDiv theme. The theme gives me an error saying that the header and footer cannot be translated because they are encoded in base64. Additionally, since installing the plugin, I've noticed strange behavior when trying to edit a new page. Some components, including custom code or forms added via the WPForms plugin, aren't behaving as expected. Although I place these blocks in specific areas of the page, after saving, they are moved up under the header. This issue didn’t occur before installing WPML.

Symptoms:
The theme gives an error saying that the header and footer cannot be translated because they are encoded in base64. Components, including custom code or forms added via the WPForms plugin, are moved up under the header after saving.

Questions:
Could you help me find a solution for the error regarding the header and footer being encoded in base64?
Is there an explanation for the strange behavior of components moving under the header after saving?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

Please log in to this hidden link and install your theme. After that, please create a test header and footer to replicate the issue.

If it's replicable, please let me know how to reproduce the issue so I can check it and consult our compatibility team.

Best regards,
Osama
