Specifically, I have entered an English shortcode in the theme option for the footer copyright text: '© 2024 Dubai News Club. all rights are reserved'. I then searched for this text in the string translation section. Symptoms: WPML is treating the English shortcode as Arabic and is forcing me to translate it back to English again. Questions: Why is WPML treating the English shortcode as Arabic? How can I ensure that I can translate the English value to Arabic from the String translation as usual?
