This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to register their WPML subscription on their site but is receiving a message that WPML Multilingual CMS is not up to date.
Solution:
1. We recommend creating a full backup of the website before making any updates.
2. Navigate to the WordPress backend, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial, and look for the "check for updates" button.
3. Press the button to see the current version of the plugin and the latest version available.
4. Select the plugin that needs updating, check the box to download, update, and activate it, then click the button to proceed with the update.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hi I've bought a subscription some time ago and want to register it on my site but when I checked a key I have ac information: WPML Multilingual CMS is not up to date. So what's going on with it? Let me know what I need to do. Thank you, Marzena

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi Marzena.

Probably the plugin hasn't been updated in a while.

You should be able to go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > and there should be a "check for updates" button.

You can press that and it should show you the current version and latest version.

First, please create a full website backup. After that, you can check the plugin that's outdated, check the box to download and update+activate, and then click the button.
