We are trying to use WPML in combination with the MaxMegaMenu, but unfortunately it is not working the way we want.
The problem has two parts:

1. When syncing the menu's, WPML does not seem to pick up the content within the MegaMenu. This content exists of section templates within Elementor.
2. When we add the section templates themselves to the translation jobs, often it does not see the content and only sends the title for translation.

You can see how the menu is set-up, as it is live at bconnect.chat at the moment. But for now we have to set up all languages manually.

Hello There,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I will be happy to assist you in this matter.

I can understand that you're having some issues syncing the Megamenu contents and translating Elementor templates. Let me address your concerns one by one.

1) WPML not picking megamenu content while syncing the Menu- Please be informed that the plugin you're using to create Megamenu is not listed in WPML's compatible plugin list. For that reason, functionalities like syncing megamenu contents and settings may not work as you're expecting. For now, The manual approach is the only way to translate content into different languages. You need to synchronize the menu between languages and recreate Megamenu for the menu in each language. I hope you can understand.

Since the Max Megamenu plugin is currently not listed as compatible with WPML, It will be better if you could reach out to the Plugin Author and request them to join the Go Global program of WPML. This program helps plugin and theme authors in creating multilingual products by working with the WPML compatibility team. Our team will provide guidance to the plugin author on what considerations are necessary from our perspective.

More information about the Go Global program is available here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

2. Contents not available in the Translation Editor for Section template: When attempting to translate an Elementor section template, I found that the content is displaying correctly for translation within the Translation Editor. If you're not seeing the same, then please activate the "String Translation" plugin first.

- Go to WPML > Translations and "Cancel" the ongoing template translation.
- From WPML > Translation Management, select the template and send for translation.
- Try to translate the template again from WPML > Translations.

I hope it will help. Let me know how it goes.

Please note that to maintain clarity and organization, it is important to keep discussions focused on one issue per thread. Therefore, I will focus on one problem, and you may indicate which issue requires assistance in this particular thread. If you need assistance with other issues, I can create a new thread to address them. I hope you can understand the matter.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
