Hello there,
Can you please try to go to WPML -> String Translation and search for that string to see if you can find it there and translate it?
If you can't find it, please go to WPML -> String Translation and enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered", then visit the page in which the string is located and go back to the String Translation, refresh the page and check if you'll be able to locate new strings now. (Please don't forget to uncheck the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered" once you're done). Translate the new strings and see if it gets the issue fixed.
If it doesn't work, can you please let me know which string are you having troubles when trying to translate it?

Hello there,
Thank you for sharing that screenshot.
Please try the following procedure to translate that string:
1) Make sure that your username has the first name, last name and email filled in your profile at wp-admin > Users > Profile
2) Go to WPML-> Translation Management-> Translators
3) Make sure that your account has the correct language pairs to translate the page (i.e. added as a translator)
4) Then cancel existing jobs, see https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs for details
5) If you don't find any relevant job in #4, go to WPML -> Translations and try from there
6) Once cancelled (found in #4 or #5 or not), try translating the strings again from String Translation
If it doesn't work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
