Please contact their support and ask if they are compatible with our plugin? If not, we suggest that you give them the Go Global program below to make sure they can contact us and we can help them on the journey of compatibility: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ Finally, I installed a clean installation of WordPress and WPML. I suggest that you rep[licate the issue with the comments plugin there and I can report this to the compatibility team.
