We are experiencing an issue where some orders (3 orders for more 100 orders) have the wrong language on the product names in the customer new order email and the pdf invoice (plugin PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce) For those orders in french/france (default shop/wp language) the products name appears in deutsch (second language) in the sent woocommerce new order emails & invoice pdf, i can't find why it's happening, didn't manage to replicate the issue on our dev environment or find answear on the forum Everything else expect order items details title is in the correct language, even the products variations attributes In the order back-office those products name are in correct language also, and when we regenerate the invoice they appear in correct language aswell, but the customer still automaticly receive the email & invoice with german title at first Other orders with same products doesn't have the issue so i don't think it's linked to products setups Screenshots joined |

Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML support! I'm afraid that we would have very little chances to track the issue down without steps to reproduce, given its rare occurrence. I see that you have quite a lot of various WooCommmerce plugins so it is possible that some of these are interfering with this, causing the wrong language information being assigned to the email. I believe that it would be very impractical to test this in an environment which would only include WPML and WooCommerce plugins active, others being deactivated? But does it perhaps happen for a particular product only, do you see some pattern there? Regards, |

Hi, Unfortunately I don't see any pattern for the moment, at first I thought it was because the last connected admin was using the BO in german, but that doesn't seem to be the cause Regards |

I see - I do not have any means to find the cause of this without having an exact steps to reproduce, maybe it is related to client location, specific user, combination of products in the cart, even browser used, etc. If you get to obtain such information let us know and we will try to tackle this down, otherwise even if I escalate this to our 2nd tier support they will ask for steps to reproduce. |
