First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. Please try the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
2- Run the functions one by one (Kindly check this: hidden link)
3- Go to WPML-> Packages
4- Delete the following packages
* Gutenberg Page Builder Page 3
* Page Builder ShortCode Strings Page Builder Page 3
5- Edit the page in the default language (hidden link)
6- Make a minor edit and update it
7- Update the translation
