Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you please explain the issue in more detail, with some example links, screenshot or screen recording? Also please let me know which custom code you're referring to?

I'll also request the debug information of your website for an overview of your setup. See https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information.

I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply.

Additionally you can also take a look at https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/ and cross-check for a few initial fixes.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Regards.

Actually If I add custom language Australia English and I give Locale "en_AU" and href lang "en-AU". Now I show in console yoast seo og:locale not change en_AU like in predefined language og:locale changed.

Thank you for the updates.

I see a few primary problems with your setup which need to be fixed before moving forward. Please consider followings:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

1) Upgrade PHP to at-least version 7.4 as this is the minimum requirement by WordPress itself, see https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ for details.

2) Update WordPress to the latest version.

3) Update WPML plugins to the latest version.

Then recheck for the issue, if it continues to appear, try following:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its addons and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2023).

Please let me know your findings and I'll try my best to assist you further on the matter.

Regards.
