Thank you for contacting WPML support. It looks like you have transferred this site's license to your client, who should be using it. Has your client tried to register the site you are referring to? |

We're not sure what transfer you're referring to. We recently renewed our 3-site package, which we’ve been using for this domain, and want to renew the domain’s license under this account. However, this isn’t working. Could you clarify why this is happening and how we can resolve it? It’s possible that this domain is also registered under another account, but if so, we don’t have access to it. |
