Hi there,

When I review the account I can see the following, which points to a negative balance of 664 credits.

Deposited credits: 4887432
Used credits: 4888096
Available credits: -664

Do you happen to see any open invoices ?

Nope, there weren't any open invoices since you are invoicing me on the 3rd of the month.
But I guess it is a glitch in your system that doesn't sync properly.
-> Plugin count reset on the 1st
-> Invoice sent on the 3rd
-> Reset in your system around 3rd or 4th I guess.

Because on the 4th, it worked again. However, that leaves me 4 days with an automated translation.

Today, yes, because we are the 7th. But next month, from 1st to 4th, it will be the same issue.
