This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing an error stating 'You don't have enough credits to translate automatically!' despite having your card linked and the pay as you go option enabled.
Solution:
1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Open the Automatic Translation Editor (ATE).
3. Click on the Get More Credits link.
4. Complete the payment for the safety limit.
5. Check if the status changes when the cache plugin is enabled or disabled.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I need to translate my posts but I am getting an error. The card is linked and pay as you go option is already enabled. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
You don't have enough credits to translate automatically! Get more credits. However, the automatic translation is not working.

Questions:
Why am I getting an error about not having enough credits when my card is linked and pay as you go is enabled?
How can I resolve the issue with automatic translation not working?

It is possibly because of the limit of 195K words, can you check now? We added some credits so we are not close to the limit.

Let me know if you're able to translate now.

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress credentials so I could investigate the issue directly?

When I click "Get More Credits" in the editor, the Tools tab opens, and a popup about the safety limit appears.

Could you please try the following: clear the cache, open the ATE, click the "Get More Credits" link, and complete the safety limit payment?

Additionally, can you check if the status changes with the cache plugin enabled/disabled?

Thank you for the update.

We’ve just completed the payment as per the steps you mentioned for the current limit, and everything seems to be working fine now.
