Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with structural changes in the master language affecting language variations, even after 'detaching' them, and noticing that adding new components breaks other components on the translated pages, we have a solution.
Solution:
First, ensure that the content is correctly added in each section of the translated version of the page. Then, in the 'ACFML Synchronise Translations' section of the default page editor, uncheck the option for 'keep repeater and flexible sub-fields in the same order'.
If this resolves the issue for new sections, but you want to apply this setting globally to all post types, add the following code to your
file:
define( 'ACFML_REPEATER_SYNC_DEFAULT', false );

For already published pages and posts, you'll need to modify the database directly. Ensure you have a complete backup of your site and database, then execute the following SQL query in the wp_options table:
SELECT * FROM `wp_options` WHERE `option_name` = 'acfml_synchronise_repeater_fields';
Change the option value from 'acfml_synchronise_repeater_fields' to 'acfml_synchronise_repeater_fields_dis'. This will deactivate the option for existing pages.
