Problem: The client lost 60,000 credits after deregistering and reregistering their website on WPML, with only 26,000 credits remaining in their account. Solution: 1. Log into your WPML account. 2. Navigate to the 'Register WPML on your sites' tab. 3. Locate your site and click the Delete icon on the right to return all credits assigned to this site to your WPML account. 4. You can then assign these credits from your wpml.org account to the new site key. After following these steps, the client's account was updated to show a total of 73,376 available credits, successfully recovering the missing 60,000 credits.
