Problem:
You are trying to translate the dropdown options of a custom field manually, but they are not translating when you translate a page manually. This issue does not occur when the translation is done automatically.

We recommend searching for the display text of the dropdown choices in WPML -> String Translation. This should allow you to manually translate those items.
