Problem: The client was unable to find the string "Strategisch advies gericht op toekomstscenario's" for translation, which was added using WPBakery Page Builder. Solution: We recommended the following steps to make the string available for translation: 1. Open the default language contact page in Edit mode. 2. Make a small change, such as adding a space or a plus sign in the page title. 3. Update the page by pressing the "Update" button. 4. Remove the small change made in step 2. 5. Update the page again. 6. Open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor, ensure the translation is 100% complete, and press the complete button.

You can add this in the WPML >> Settings > Custom XML Configuration section. After adding this XML, your email address in the footer should be translatable.
Problem: The client wanted to adjust the spacing between the language flags in the WPML language switcher. Solution: We recommended adding custom CSS to the theme's custom CSS section to reduce the padding around the language flags. Here is the CSS code we provided:

Problem: The client needed assistance with translating PDF documents located in the footer of their website. They were unable to find the relevant strings in the String Translation interface. Solution: We advised the client to navigate to WPML>>String Translation and click on the Translate texts in admin screens » link at the bottom of the page. They should then search for the missing strings in the Admin Texts Translation screen. If the strings are listed there, the client should add them for translation and proceed with translating them.
