Problem:
The client is trying to reverse the translation process for blog posts that were initially set for translation in Spanish. The client wants to duplicate the English content to Spanish instead of translating it but is unable to do so because the translation job is open and there is no option to cancel it. Solution:
1. We informed the client that completed translation jobs cannot be canceled. Only jobs that are in progress can be canceled. For more details, the client can refer to the documentation on how to cancel translation jobs.
2. To cancel all in-progress automatic jobs at once, the client can navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and use the options in the \"Clean up\" section with caution.
3. If the translation job is still in progress, the client can use the 'Overwrite with \'x\' content' feature to convert a translation into a duplicate. Detailed steps can be found in the documentation on how to convert a translation into a duplicate.
4. Alternatively, the client can go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Dashboard, select the pages, and choose to duplicate them.
A screencast demonstrating these steps is available here: WPML screencast.
