Problem: The client reported that the Pay-as-you-go feature stopped working after reaching $100, and the 'stop using' option was not functioning. Additionally, there was no option to pay instantly, and no information was provided on why the feature stopped working. Solution: We explained that there are two safety limits set to prevent excessive spending and protect against fraud, which activate at $100 and $4,000. If these limits are reached, the client must pay before continuing to translate. We advised the client to check the WPML > Translation Management board for a payment button. If the button was not visible, we reset the client's credits to 193k and asked them to try translating again to reach 195k credits. Additionally, we fixed an issue on the client's site, enabling them to go to WPML > Translation Management and click on 'Fix the issue and pay for the limitation' to continue translating content automatically.
