Problem: The client is trying to recover the username or email associated with their WPML account but does not remember the credentials. Solution: We recommend that the client contacts us directly at hello@wpml.org with the domain name in question, their personal information, and any proof of ownership for the domain, such as a domain purchase or renewal invoice. The more information provided, the better. Our Accounts team will then inform the client of the next steps via email.
