This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using the WpRentals theme and wants to translate the user dashboard, but you can only translate the titles.
Solution:
First, ensure a full site backup. Then, scan for the theme and supporting plugin strings from WPML>Theme and plugins localization. Check if these strings are available for translation. For detailed instructions, visit this documentation.

If the issue persists, go to WPML>String Translation, ensure you have a site backup, and enable the Look for strings while pages are rendered option in the Auto register strings for translation section at the bottom of the screen. Visit the frontend pages to see if the issue still exists. This option will be disabled automatically in a few hours. For more information, check this documentation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to updates or differences in your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Normally these strings/field labels will be showing for translation in WPML>>String Translation.

So please scan for the theme and supporting plugin strings from WPML>>Theme and plugins localization after a full site backup. Then make sure these strings are showing for translation or not. Refer to the following doc for more details

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#scan-the-theme-or-plugin

If the problem remains, please visit WPML>>String Translation after a site backup and enable the *Look for strings while pages are rendered* option of *Auto register strings for translation* section(on the bottom of the screen). Then visit the frontend pages and check the issue is existing or not.

This option will be disabled in a couple of hours automatically. But will help us to track the issue in similar cases. Please check this doc for more information - https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#enable-auto-register-strings

Dear Bigul,

Thank you for your reply.

I set _elementor_data of the Custom Fields Translation to translate and performed Auto register strings for translation, which allowed me to translate it using String Translation.

I'm not satisfied that it doesn't appear in the editor, but I will close it.

Best regards,
an
