I just check again in your staging site for a few products, which I translated to Latvian automatically and these seem to work fine now (see attached).
There seemed to be a temporary issue which is working fine now.
Please check in staging first and then try in your live site. Please let me know your findings.
Yes it is working find in the staging with all the plugins active.
I didn't check in the production, because for that we need to deactivate plugins to see when issue starts happening. Unfortunately we're not allowed to perform these holistic operations on live sites.
I'll recommend trying the following in your live site:
IMPORTANT: Please take full backup of your website and database beforehand.
- Put your site into maintenance mode temporarily. The best time is when there's very little or no traffic or visitors. You can find out this from your hosting panel (i.e. traffic/visitors logs). This will impact in less down-time for your site visitors.
- Try with one product only which hasn't been translated yet.
- Cancel any existing job in progress.
- Compare the active plugins with the staging site.
- Deactivate any additional plugins active in the live site (as compared to the staging), one-by-one, while keep checking for the issue:
--- if a job is stuck, remember to cancel it before trying again.
- Continue deactivating plugins until auto translation job completes successfully, so you can then identify when it worked.
- To verify it, activate the plugin again, which you last deactivated and auto-translate started working. This 'll ensure if that plugin is really the problem. Sometimes a simple activate/deactivate of a plugin, clears up the issue. But of course it issue resurfaces after re-activating that plugin, then there's a compatibility problem. Note down the plugin.
Please let me know your findings and I'll try my best to further help you on the matter.
