bought credits and assigned them but WPML still says I have no credits and this has happened before

I contacted our administrative team and they confirmed that the invoice purchase you shared was to upgrade your account to the WPML Agency Subscription, which comes with 90000 credits which show on our backend as assigned to the correct site. If you go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Tools, do you see the assigned credits there?

If not, let me know and I can request access and look further into this for you.
