This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are unable to update WPML plugins due to web hosting restrictions, and the logs indicate an issue with the WPML site key blocking the updates.
Solution:
We recommend you try the following steps:
1) Delete the existing site key from your WPML account by visiting https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
2) Generate a new site key in the same settings section.
3) Unregister WPML from your site by navigating to your site's plugin installation section and using the "Unregister WPML from this site" option, then add the new key.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hi Alex,

I’m currently unable to find any open ticket or previous chat associated with your user account. Could you please provide a link to the case so I can review the details?

Alternatively, you can describe the limitation you encountered, and we’ll check whether there is a possible workaround.

Best regards,
Marcel

Please use the private input form to share access and include a short description of the issue. This step is required so that we can safely remove the credentials once the issue is resolved, and to obtain your permission to access the system via the disclaimer that you need to confirm.

Best regards,

Hi Alex,

the logs on hidden link are showing that there is a issue with the WPML site key. So this is blocking the updates:

wpml: Unable to register: Site key not matching

Please try the following:
1) Delete the key on https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2) Generate a new key in the same setting section
3) Remove the actual one under hidden link via "Unregister WPML from this site" ann add the new one.

Best Regards,
Marcel
