There is one more issue we keep seeing on most admin pages:

GET hidden link 404 (Not Found)
It throws a 404 on the localization file and keeps repeating in the console. Can you check if this file is missing on your side or if something needs to be updated in the plugin?
- Go to Users → Profile (or Users → Your Profile).
- Under Language, choose English (United States).
- Save, reload an admin page and check the console again.
- You can switch back to SL after testing
If the 404 disappears, and you now see something like …/localization/en.json?version=… 200, it confirms that the problem is simply that sl.json is missing on ams.wpml.org.
If you still get the 404, please try the following?

- WPML → Support → Troubleshooting to make sure there are no connectivity warnings.
- Check with your host that outbound HTTPS is allowed to at least these domains wpml.org
cdn.wpml.org
api.wpml.org
cloudfront.net
ams.wpml.org
If they have strict Content-Security-Policy headers, they should also include: hidden link in style-src hidden link
