Tell us what you are trying to do?
trying to translate the site to English. I think I messed up... sorry...
I put the setting to Automatic translation, I thought it was ok, as on your website says the 90000 covers most of small sites and this one is not that big. I didn't see anywhere how the credits are spent... nevertheless I put the all site and in a minute I got out of stock of credits. now I've 18 in review but when I go there and say edit review, just stays there. I think I'd rather choose what to translate but I don't know what should I do. I have to buy more credits? but what about the ones I just spent?
I'm a bit lost and confused.
sorry...

Could I just reset, delete and just start it over again?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
from wpm.org

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Hi Marta,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Checking on our server, I see 90k credits are still on your WPML.org account, not assigned to the site hidden link and no credits are used. Can you please recheck this on your WPML.org account?

For the Partner translation, there is no content to translate or it's not registered for translation. And in the Advanced Translation Editor, there is only a hidden URL to be translated. Please check this screenshot hidden link

Refer documentation

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
