Background of the issue:
I added a new page to the menu in Dutch and want to add an English version of that new page. I don't want to translate everything; I just want an English page and will do the translation myself. The translation process keeps getting stuck, so I gave up on that. I want a page with an English flag from a new page. The issue can be seen at: hidden link
Symptoms:
There is only a Dutch flag now, and I expected to see an English flag and a page when clicking the English flag, or a Dutch flag when on the English version.
Questions:
How can I add an English version of a new page without translating everything?
How can I display an English flag for the new page?

In short:
- Go to "WPML > Support > Debug Information" (link)
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the private field I activated and paste that information.
Then, check WPML > Support > Error logs and let us know if there are any errors being generated.
