This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are developing a site and want to translate the WooCommerce shop cart and other pages using WPML, but when you open these pages, they return a 404 error.
Solution:
The WCML add-on from WPML creates translations for WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages in the setup wizard.
If WooCommerce or your theme do not provide translations for the Cart and Checkout pages, you can translate them yourself. To do this:
1. Go to WPML > Translation Dashboard
2. Scroll to Other texts (Strings).
In the All domains dropdown, select your theme or plugin domain.
Choose the strings you want to translate and send them for translation.
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend following the detailed instructions in our guide to translating WooCommerce with WPML.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
