[Resolved] I cannot translate some of the top page sentences. I have translated in the string translation secti...

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate the top page of your site, which is a theme option, using WPML. Despite translating the strings in the string translation section and modifying the PHP and WP memory to 3G along with changing server limitations, the translations do not reflect on the actual homepage.
Solution:
We logged into your site and performed the following steps:
1. Added the following XML in WPML >> Settings > Custom XML Configuration section:

<wpml-config><admin-texts><key name="dp_options"><key name="index_content5_desc"></key></key><key name="index_content4_items"></key><key name="*"><key name="headline"></key><key name="desc"></key></key></admin-texts></wpml-config>

2. Navigated to WPML >> String Translation page.
3. Searched for the problematic strings one by one.
4. Assigned the correct source language using the 'change the language of selected strings' dropdown.
5. Added the correct translation in the English language.
Please check if the translations now appear correctly on your homepage.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the top page of my site, which is a theme option, using WPML. The site is currently under development. I have already translated the strings in the string translation section.

Symptoms:
The translations do not reflect on the actual homepage despite modifying the PHP and WP memory to 3G and changing the server limitations.

Why are the translations not appearing on the homepage after using the string translation section?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I visited the home page of your site and I can see a few strings that are not translated into English language as you can see in the attached screenshot.

To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thanks for sharing the login details. However, I encountered a security notice when trying to access the wp-admin page of your site. I also tried using a VPN, but the issue persists. Could you please deactivate the security plugin temporarily so I can access your site?

I’ve logged in to your site and followed the below steps:

5. Added the correct translation in English language.

Now it seems to be showing the correct translation in English. Could you please check and confirm?

Thank you for your assistance. I have confirmed it have fixed.
Will this issue happen again if I change the contents? Or is this just a temporary issue?
