This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was trying to reconnect to a live chat session and noticed that the page was not fully translated, with only parts of it appearing in the intended language. Solution: We could not reproduce the issue by creating similar conditions on a test copy of the site. To address the translation inconsistency, we recommend the following steps: 1. Navigate to WPML > Support and click on Troubleshooting. 2. In the first option, select "Products" from the drop-down menu and click "Synchronize post taxonomies". This process might take some time due to the large number of products. Please wait for a success message to confirm completion.
If this does not resolve the issue, we ask the client to provide a detailed step-by-step description of how to recreate the problem, which will help us further diagnose and resolve the issue.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

i really don't want to reiterate all my issues once again, there are multiple issues and it will take a lot of time, its all explained to luca, i need him pls.
It's me. Don't worry, you don't need to explain your issue again 🙂
Please check the instructions, I've sent them on the chat:
"Ok, so I found out what was happening.
1. You had the "hide admin notices" plugin active, which was preventing the setup notice from WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency setup to show.
2. WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency was not setup, thus causing errors on the front end.
To fix this, simply deactivate the Hide Admin notices plugin, and go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency and click the setup option.
Finish the setup, and make sure all your taxonomies are translated in WPML > Taxonomy Translation. That should fix it."
Thank you for sharing. Unfortunately, I need you to send access again.
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details if you do not see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
I downloaded a copy of your website, create a couple of text product categories but couldn't reproduce the issue. Categories always showed the same amount of products in both languages.
To force-sync the product taxonomies (make sure to have a backup before proceeding):
1. Go to WPML > Support and click on Troubleshooting
2. On the first option, select "Products" on the drop-down and click "Synchronize post taxonomies";
It will take a while, since you have thousands of products. Wait for the success message. Please let me know if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't fix the issue, please share a way for me to recreate it from scratch (a step0by-step description on how to recreate the problem). Thank you.
