I found that your invoicing system is working very strange. I am a developer and I registered site hidden link under my account but Pay as you go service uses my client's card. Client told that you withdraw money from her card but I don't see the invoice for that. There is only 1 empty invoice.

Monthly invoices for automatic translation accounts are available on your site. Go to WPML → Translation Management, click the Tools tab and then click to expand the Invoices section.
So you send people from 1 place to another. and on my account there is no such invoice.
How to solve this problem? I need invoice for that transaction.

I am sorry for this. I have checked in our system and found the invoice for the payment of 3.48 EUR. The invoice ID is ATE-782162. The credits were used on another url hidden link, which is also registered through your account.
You can download the invoice from the site's backed or your account. You should see it in the section Sites using Pay-as-you-go.
