Background of the issue:
I just published a new article, but the Chinese (Traditional) version of the article is not translated automatically. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
I receive the following error as a notification: 'Your language, Chinese (Traditional), must be mapped to a supported language in order to use automatic translation.' The automatic translation worked on all languages apart from Chinese (Traditional).

Questions:
Can you show me how to fix the issue with the Chinese (Traditional) translation not working?

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please make sure that yous et the language mapping by following the steps below?

- Go to WP Dashboard > WPML > Languages.
- Click the "Edit language" link.
- On the table you will see the list of your website languages.
- Find the Traditional Chinese row and check the very last column.
- Make sure proper language is set and mapped there.

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks.
