To further check the issue I would require a copy of your website, can you provide a copy using the Duplicator plugin or is it ok if I use the Duplicator plugin to get it?
its possible to be another plugin because when i try to export, show me some errors...
and how can I upload a file here?
i can do export with all in one migration, works for u?
Thank you for providing the backup, I was able to do some tests and I see that on the English version the header block is not set when editing the homepage with Elementor (different from the Spanish version when editing on Elementor).
Can you please guide me step by step how are you translating the Spanish version (which is working), so I can try and translate the English version the same way?
Marsel, are u fine? To be more pratic, can u set all the same please if u could?
because its hard to show for you step by step, isnt easier fix it and then we can get back to work? plase my friend =)
I was able to do some more troubleshooting and I was able to set the header in English as well, but you’ll need to translate the homepage again same as the header from Liquid theme.
Please follow the guide from this link: hidden link
The steps I followed were:
A)- switched to the English language from the top WP-admin language switcher:
1- deleted the English translation for the header (WP admin -> Liquid Templates -> Headers)
2- deleted the English translation for the Home page
B)- switch to the Portuguese language from the top WP-admin language switcher:
1- translate the header on WP admin -> Liquid Templates -> Headers (following the link guide)
2- translate the Home page same method as translating the header
You should be able to set the header for the English version like this, I tested locally with the copy you provided and it works, but keep in mind that the English translation for the Home page will be lost, you’ll need to copy it somehow or translate it again.
I also tested by adding other languages and I was able to add the header without any problem.
Let me know if this works out for you.
Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel
