Background of the issue:
I am trying to access menus on my WordPress site using WPML. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Updating plugins fixes problem for a while, but when checking next i.e. next day the same issue comes back.

Symptoms:
Instead of seeing each menu for the current language, I am getting menus duplicated for as many languages as the site has. This is the same issue as described here: https://wpml.org/errata/menu-translations-losing-connection-and-displaying-as-duplicates-intermittently/. The filter doesn't help.

Questions:
Why are my menus displaying as duplicates for each language?
How can I resolve the issue of menu translations losing connection?
