Background of the issue:
I am trying to configure the menus on my WordPress site hidden link. We have 4 different menus available named 'Customer service, Main menu, Products & Questions'. I want the 'Questions' menu to be displayed in the 'Header top menu' location.
Symptoms:
In English, French, and German, the 'Header Top Menu' incorrectly shows the 'Customer service' menu instead of the 'Questions' menu.
Questions:
Why is the 'Header Top Menu' showing the wrong menu in English, French, and German?
How can I ensure the 'Questions' menu is displayed correctly in all languages?
As I said, I suspect the error is in your custom theme. To confirm that, I'd like you to install the theme and recreate the issue on a testing website I made. The idea is to test the Header Top Menu feature in isolation.
Please access the testing website, by clicking on the link below, install your theme, and create a Header Top Menu menu in English (main language) and translate it to German (secondary). Just one link in the menu is sufficient. The languages are already set. The idea here is to create a minimal set-up, so please don't create any pages or important any content that is not related to the header top menu we want to check. Following the steps above should be enough.

Make sure that the menus are assigned with the correct locations.
