Hi, I'll continue to help you with this issue. Can you please give me access to your site so that I can check the Elementor Jet Engine Queries issue? You also presented an ACF issue regarding PDF files. We try to focus on one issue per ticket. I'll also check this issue, but it might be that we will need to split it into another ticket, as it will be hard to handle two problems in one ticket. If you want, you can already go ahead and open a new ticket for the ACF/PDF issue. If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. Hi, and thanks for the access details. I thoroughly checked this issue on your site. There is a specific issue with the Product Grid element by JetWooBuilder For Elementor when it is set to query by featured products. Although the products are translated and the translations are also set as featured, it is not working. However, I checked, and the same Product Grid element works when you set the 'Query by' to 'Specific IDs'. This is the list of the IDs of your three featured products: 878, 865, 816. Please see the attached screenshot specific-ids.jpg. To test it, I added another Product Grid element to the homepage and set it like this. Then I updated the homepage translation and could see that it worked. Please see the attached screenshot fr-grid-ok.jpg. (I guess the styling needs to be adjusted). I'm suggesting this as a workaround. But even before applying the workaround, I can see that the JetWooBuilder For Elementor plugin has a newer version. Please update it on your site. Then try the Product Grid again on your homepage or on a test page and see if, after the update, it works with 'Query by' featured. Otherwise, if you must use the 'Query by featured' option for some reason, we need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link: hidden link With this link, you'll be directly logged in. Could you please install the JetWooBuilder For Elementor plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation? Please also make sure you install the latest version of the plugin. I've configured WPML to have English as the default language and French as the second language. Please configure WooCommerce as it is on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are sufficient). When everything is finished and you can replicate the problem, please let us know. Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation. Regards, |

Thank you for the updates! I will work my way down through them now. I will also explore alternative options for the Jet Product Grid widget if it is proving problematic. Could I please also draw your attention to the single product page where there are multiple sections/ fields not showing from an ACF perspective. hidden link New threads created by Itamar and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-fields-not-showing-from-an-acf-perspective/ |

Hi, and thanks for the update. In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket. Therefore, I've split the other ticket and created a new ticket with this issue. Please see the new ticket here. Regards, |
