This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see translations for certain fields, which appear to be Custom Post Types.
Solution:
We recommend checking if these Custom Post Types are set to "Translatable" in the WPML settings. Here's how you can do it:
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings.
2. Scroll down to the "Post Types Translation" section.
3. Locate the correct Custom Post Types.
4. Set them to "Translatable".
5. Return to the previous screen, and you should now see the + icon for adding translations.

There is no translation in these fields. How to do it?

Hi there.

From what I can see in the screenshot, it seems that those are Custom Post Types that first need to be set as "Translatable" - probably they are currently set as "Not Translate".

Please go to WPML > Settings > "Post Types Translation" section > find the right Custom Post Types > set them to "Translatable" > and now go back and you should be able to see the + icon for translation.
