Problem:
The client is unable to see translations for certain fields, which appear to be Custom Post Types.
Solution:
We recommend checking if these Custom Post Types are set to "Translatable" in the WPML settings. Here's how you can do it:
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings.
2. Scroll down to the "Post Types Translation" section.
3. Locate the correct Custom Post Types.
4. Set them to "Translatable".
5. Return to the previous screen, and you should now see the + icon for adding translations.
