I also have another question,
I have been trying to find how to translate the following strings:

1. Login/Register button on the homepage
2. The title "Login to Balkina" in the form after you click the above button

Thank you for contacting WPML support,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

1) If the job of translating strings is in progress, you can go to WPML -> -Translations -> Take the job and translate strings in Advanced Translation Editor (check the example image attached).

2) Please check the information on our documentation related to the strings of the title "Login to Balkina": https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Kind regards,
Marsel

Question #1 seems to be resolved. I still have issue with the #2.

The strings in question for Login / Register shows that it is translated, but does not reflect in front end. This has been the issue for this one since the beginning. I have hard refreshed it many times. I followed the instructions in the doc you shared. I enabled auto register, I rescanned both theme and plugins, refreshed etc. For some reason, i don't seem to see any change

Hello there,

Can you try to delete and re-translate the string to see if it fixes the issue?

- Go to WPML -> String Translation and search for the text that is not translated, eg.: Login / Register
- Select all strings that are an exact match to the text you searched and delete the strings
- Enable the option 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' at the bottom of the String Translation screen
- Visit that page on the front end so WPML adds the string again
- Go back to WPML -> String Translation, uncheck the option 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' and search for the string again
- Translate the string and check the results

If it doesn't work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello there,

Thank you for sharing that access.

Since the 2nd issue is unrelated to the first one, due to our policy of handling one issue per ticket, I split it into a different ticket and already provided you with the solution to the untranslated button here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-unable-to-translate-login-register-button/

Given that the original issue is fixed, I hope it is OK for us to close this ticket(the other one remain open for your confirmation of the fix).

Thank you,
Mateus
