I am trying to: filter the product categories for example the iNAP One Device, it shows not found in English while it has 2 results in Chinese ; this also happened in multiple product categories

I expected to see: both english and chinese are syncronized

Instead, I got: not found in the result

After reviewing the link you provided, I did not find any issues. The link displays 2 results in English. Is there anything else I missed?

I don't know why when you click it was ok to you, but I tried yesterday it is same as attached.
I believe the problem is bouncing between languages:

1) You can see the language flag is not showing in the attached screenshot
2) another screenshot is that the menu bar somehow disappeared this morning, it happened many times in the last couple weeks, I have reported this issue, but the engineer said cannot find any issue like you did, the problem is still there.
3) The default language is set to English, however when I do translation side by side, sometimes it would say the original language is Chinese, sometimes is English, sometimes the Chinese in the translation editor disappeared but in the frontend they are there, lots of these kind of problem.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Let me attach the screenshot of what I see now when opening this link: hidden link. I also checked the link from different locations using a VPN.

Can you try to clear your browser cache and check it? Or please test with an alternative browser.

3) If you still experience this, please open a new ticket detailing the issue, and we will assist you. This will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum.

the link you have shown the language flag is disappeared, did you see my question 1? that is definitely wpml issue.

It is probably because the page is not translated, and you have set it not to display the Current language in the menu language switcher. The language switcher in the footer displays only the current language.
