i am trying to ttanslate simple products but wont update. the product wont translate.

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I think I know what's going on based on the screenshot that you shared.

Before I investigate this further, could you please update the WPML plugins on your Website. You can go to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab > click on the "Check Updates" then update the plugins.

Once you've done that, go to the primary language of the product that you're having issues translating and make minor edits to the product title. Then, try translating again and see if it works.

Also, I checked your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.
